Rural Community Grants
Today I released the guidelines for the WI Office of Rural Health’s Community Grants. We’ll award planning and implementation grants (up to $5,000 and $20,000 respectively) to rural community coalitions working on a health care issue. The coalition must include a rural hospital of 50 beds or less as an active member with a clearly defined role in the proposed project.  Proposals that include a worksite wellness component will receive extra points in determining final awards. Proposals are due July 28.
