		<description>Since the majority of dentists do not accept or limit acceptance of MA patients, I would like to see existing dentists develop a program with the dental school that would place grads in rural settings for a period of 1-2 years to service this population, and then forgive student loans for committing to this program.  It would keep a continuous stream of dentists coming into the program and serve a greatly underserved population.</description>
