EMS Information

Conducted as part of the 2003/2004 Wisconsin Flex Grant proposal to the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy, the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health has developed this web-site to

• Provide technical assistance to Critical Access Hospitals in their effort to strengthen and improve rural EMS capacity in local communities
• Make it easy for Critical Access Hospitals to locate EMS information, guidelines, tools and resources scattered among numerous organizations and agencies
• Establish an internet portal where EMS providers and Critical Access Hospitals can share resources, suggestions and ideas for building and enhancing local community capacity in EMS
