Funding Opportunities for Rural Hospitals and Communities
The Wisconsin Office of Rural Health’s Rural Community Grant Program provides funding to coalitions who are addressing a health care issue in their community. Eligible coalitions must include a rural hospital with fewer than 50 beds.
We are no longer accepting proposals for 2011-2012 Community Grants. We will release proposal guidelines for 2012-2013 Grants in spring 2012. The complete project proposals that were selected for a grant from 2006 through 2012 are available below. Contact Kevin Jacobson at kmjacobson2@wisc.edu, (608) 261-1888 or (800) 385-0005 ext. 21 if you have questions.
