Flex Rural Community Grants
Funding Opportunities for Rural Hospitals and Communities
The Wisconsin Office of Rural Health’s Rural Community Grant Program provides funding to coalitions who are addressing a health care issue in their community. Eligible coalitions must include a rural hospital with fewer than 50 beds.
The 2010 proposal guidelines are available below, along with descriptions of projects we have funded over the past several years. The complete project proposals that were selected for a grant from 2006 through 2009 are also available below.
