Funding Opportunities for Rural Hospitals and Communities

The Wisconsin Office of Rural Health’s Rural Community Grant Program provides funding to coalitions who are addressing a health care issue in their community. Eligible coalitions must include a rural hospital with 50 or fewer beds.

The 2008 proposal guidelines are available below, along with descriptions of projects we have funded over the past several years. The complete project proposals from 2006 and 2007 are also included below.
