- Implementation grant to educate the public about the utility of CCR (hands-only CPR), train members of the public in CCR and collect data on its effectiveness.

- Implementation grant to reduce the time to defibrillation and increase the chance of survival for people with heart-related emergencies in the Hudson area by placing PAD units in public places and training the public in their use.

- Implementation grant to reduce underage alcohol use in Iron County through a coordinated, community-wide prevention and education program.

- Implementation grant to reduce health risks for Langlade County residents by increasing capacity to respond to cardiovascular events through placing AEDs in high-priority locations and by providing AED/CPR training to community residents.

- Implementation grant to reduce pediatric trauma by increasing provider ability to respond to pediatric trauma incidents and increase public understanding and use of child protective equipment.

- Implementation grant to decrease death and disability associated with strokes through education of the public, hospital staff, EMS technicians and long term care facility staff in Lafayette County.
