EMS Leadership Academy: Level One

This two-day leadership seminar is for new, current and future leaders of ambulance services. This course will provide instruction and tools on personal leadership development, performance improvement for volunteers and recruitment and retention. Hands-on, group participation is at the core of this program. Attendees will be given tools and techniques they can implement, not theories or abstract concepts.
