EMS Leadership Academy: Level Two

This two-day leadership seminar builds on the knowledge and concepts learned in the level one course.  This level will provide instruction and tools on leading an organization in today’s environment of declining volunteerism, increasing regulatory demands and an ever changing workforce.  Prior attendance at a Level One seminar is strongly recommended. Hands-on, group participation is at the core of this program. Attendees will be given tools and techniques they can implement, not theories or abstract concepts.
