Child Death Review (CDR) Team Development and Enhancement - Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin

One-time mini grants of $5000 are available for CDR Team development and enhancement.  These funds are to be used as seed funds to create a new team or re-invigorate an existing team.  Funds can be used for costs such as; meeting accommodations, refreshments, and staff time devoted to meeting preparation and coordination.  [Applications are being accepted on an ongoing basis]  [Funding]
